At the beginning of this challenge I purged most of my (old! very old!) magazines and idea books and pages I had torn from magazines. I kept just a few of my favorite books and put them neatly in a holder. My favorite idea generators are sketches, and especially Page Maps sketches. I've been saving them in page protectors in a binder for years. So all I really needed to do was find some matching binders, separate the "other" sketches and layout ideas, and the card maps and other card ideas, and make pretty spine labels. TA DA!! I love how pretty and neat this looks. Shhhh...don't tell anyone...but I still have a few pages that aren't in page protectors and are just stuck in the front pocket of these binders! I'll get to those in a week or two when I have a free minute.
I'm going strong with the red, white and silver paper...scrapping those football memories! I'm actually close to being done with all but senior year. But senior year will get several pages...they won the state championship!! So there are LOTS of memories to include!

Your ideas look so organized! I've got a long way to go--but I decided to go back and do a clean sweep, so I'm a bit behind. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat job! I still have those simple scrapbook magazines from like 1999 that I can't part with! Good luck with the football album! I think that I am going to have to put a CD with all the extra shots in the back of my son's book!
