The football album is DONE!!

Here is just a sample (it is NOT this crooked in real life!):

I almost got teary eyed finishing this up.  Football has been a huge part of our lives for over 11 years.  Giant Boy played from 3rd grade through senior year, and Pretty Girl has been a team manager for the past four years.  This is the end of an era.  Yes, I got pretty tired of doing red and white layouts (although before high school, DS's colors varied).  But as I did the last layouts, I felt nostalgia for those Friday nights that will never be the same.  We'll still go to the games, but we won't have that special connection.

My fellow scrappers will relate to the sense of accomplishment I felt when I put that final layout into the album and closed the cover.  And now I can scrap what I want...not what I feel I HAVE to do.  But this was a labor of love, and I hope DD can look at it in the future and it will bring back the wonderful memories of something that was so much a part of her high school years.
