A Princess Birthday

My sister-in-law and her daughter share a birthday, and today is the day!  I have been invited to dinner at their house, and the menu was completely planned by my niece, who is 6 today.  It may be an interesting affair!  She has declared that, by the time she is 11, she will have her own television show where she will show how to cook and make crafts.  So any opportunity she has to practice her vocation is important.

Like most 6 year old girls, she loves anything to do with princesses.  Pink and purple are her favorite colors.  So here is what I created for her birthday:
I used Silhouette design #9357 and Bazzill Bling cardstock for the card.  Then I enlarged the crown, cut a stencil from vinyl and painted it on the shirt with Martha Stewart glitter craft paint (which is lavender, the color doesn't show well on screen).  I added some purple rhinestones and TA DA!!  The perfect princess shirt!

And here's her mom's card:
Not quite the princess card, but I think it turned out very pretty.  It's Silhouette design #17445 and Lily Bee Picket Fence papers.
